Wanda Y. Stansberry, 84 of Baltimore, MD, formely of Cowen, passed away on Monday, October 24 2011 at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore. She was born August 10, 1927 in Boggs to Annis S. and Ariel I. Bragg Goff and was a homemaker. She was a Pythian Sisters, Women of the Moose #1176 of Glen Burnia, MD, and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.
Wanda is survived by her two sons Randall (Leah) Barnette of Craigsville and Michael Barnette of Glen Burnia, MD; 4 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Aubrey H. Stansberry; sister Barbara Joy Barnette; and two brothers Eugene and David Goff.
Friends may join the family for visitation on Friday, October 28, 2011 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at Adams-Reed Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, October 29, 2011 at 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home with Rev. Linda Payton officiating. Interment will follow in Odd Fellows Cemetery.
