Victoria Armentrout

Victoria Armentrout, 87 of Sutton, formerly of Nicholas County, passed away on Monday, November 25, 2013 at her residence surrounded by her family. She was born August 9, 1926 in Erbacon to Andrew Rose and Nora L. Carpenter Rose Ellison and was a homemaker. She loved her family and her pets and enjoyed flowers and flower gardening. She was Methodist by Faith.
Victoria is survived by her sons Barry (wife Anita) Armentrout of Erbacon and Steven (wife Arisba Dorsey) Armentrout of Hominy Falls; daughters Linda Turner of Haines City, FL and Nancy (husband Elliet) Gross of Barker Ridge; sister Velma Lanier of Villa Rica, GA; four grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Raleigh E. Armentrout.
Friends may join the family for visitation on Friday, November 29, 2013 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Adams-Reed Funeral Home. Funeral Services to celebrate Victoria's life will be held on Saturday at 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home with Rev. Tom Kessler officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Park, Erbacon.
