Tina Ann Weese

Tina Ann (Chambers) Weese, 38, of Martinsburg, formerly of Cowen, passed away on Sunday, August 18, 2024.

 Born October 28, 1985, she was the daughter of Peggy Chambers. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, James and Goldia Chambers; uncle, Lawrence Chambers; and cousin, Ashley Williams.

 Tina was the most kind-hearted person anyone could ever have met. She had a deep love for people, as well as animals, especially cats. She never knew a stranger, and could be found helping people of all walks of life everywhere she went; oftentimes, opening her home to people for a hot shower, a meal, and clean clothing. In fact, she was in the process of becoming an addiction counselor to fulfill her desire to help those whom she felt needed help most of all. Tina had recently earned her CDL, and was very proud to be able to have achieved that goal. She had a strong love for her grandmother, Goldia, who was the glue of her family and the reason for her fierce love of them. 

 In addition to her mother, Peggy, she is survived by her husband, Jerry Weese, of Martinsburg; sister, Samantha Tyler; brother, Aaron Berry; her aunts: Becky (husband, Duane), Grace, Janice, and Erma; uncles: Alvin and Billy Gene (wife, Gail); daughter, Brislynn; and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.

 Tina’s request for cremation has been honored and a celebration of life service will be announced at a later date.
