Luvinia Barnett

Luvinia Mae "Sissy" Barnett, 77 of 14 Given Run Rd. Upperglade, WV, passed away on November 15, 2011 at her residence. She was born on January 9, 1924 to Sherman and Mable Mathes Sill. She was a homemaker and attended the Arcola Community Church in Erbacon, WV.
She is survived by sons Douglas & Dennis Barnett of Upperglade; daughter Peggy Sue (Paul) King of Richmond, VA; sisters Ellen McAvoy of Hayworth, OK and Eula Gaye (Billy) Williams of Richmond, VA; 9 grandchildren; and 13 great- grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two daughters Retha Lowell and Darlene Barnett; two sons Thomas & William Barnett; and three brothers Geo, Elmer, and Granville Sill.
Friends may join the family for visitation on Saturday, November 19, 2011 from 12:00 - 1:00 P.M. at the Arcola Community Church. Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. at the church with Rev. Larry Cochran officiating. Interment will follow in the McAvoy Cementery, Webster Springs, WV.
