Larry Boggs

Larry Eugene Boggs 59, of Nettie, WV, died on Jan. 2, 2011, at Summersville Regional Medical Center, Summersville, WV.  He was born in Richwood, Nov. 20, 1951, son of the late Buhl Wallace and Laura Roach Boggs.  He lived most of his life in Webster County, was an avid hunter and fisherman, enjoyed westerns and volunteered for 25 years at Webster County High School on the "Chain Gang".  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers:  John Boggs, Joe Bill Boggs, and Frank Boggs. He is survived by his companion:  Sharon Greene Boggs of Nettie, WV,  son:  Larry Wallace of Maben, WV, daughters;  Sharon Louise (Harold) Boggs of Craigsville, and Jennifer Ann (Carless) Seabolt of Canvas, WV, brother;  Nicky (Rose) Boggs of Rochester, NY, sisters;  Peggy Zangari of Richwood, WV, Bonnie Hissam of Parsons, WV, Shirley (Roy) Dillon of Camden on Gauley, WV, and Connie Amos of Craigsville, WV, grandchildren;  Nathen (Danielle) Ledsome, Chris (Whitney) Ledsome, Matthew Ledsome, Tiana Seabolt, and Anthony Boggs. A memorial service will be held at Adams-Reed Funeral Home, Cowen, WV, Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2011, at 2 p.m., with Rev. George Peyatt officiating.  Friends may call from noon until 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
