JC Flanagan

On Saturday, January 21st, J.C. Flanagan of Craigsville, went home to be with Jesus. In the home he built, on the farm he loved, surrounded by the family he created. He was preceded in death by his father Forrest L. Flanagan, mother Ada (Donaldson) Flanagan, and his daughter Debbie (Flanagan) Woods.
He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Donna Flanagan, his oldest daughter, Denise McGraw (Brad), his only son, JimBob Flanagan (Lisa), sister Nancy Tuckwiller (Leon); Grandchildren Cameron and Justin Woods, Braden and Caden McGraw, Kaylee, Colin, and John Flanagan. Several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was a member of Little Union Baptist Church, a member of the Craigsville Odd Fellows Lodge, UMWA Local 1466, Touch of Class Car Club, a lifelong outdoorsman and farmer, loving husband, father, and Papaw.
The viewing will be held on Tuesday, January 24th, 2023, from 6PM to 8PM at Little Union Baptist Church in Calvin. Funeral services will be Wednesday January 25th, 2023, 12PM at Little Union Baptist Church with interment following at West Virginia Memorial Gardens.
