Franklin Eugene Wayne, 69 of Fenwick, formerly of Ind.and being here for the last 5 years. passed away Wednesday, January2, 2013 in the Summersville Regional Medical Center.
He was born January 28,1943 in Marcus (Webster Co.) son of the late Rev. Okey and Ilene Goff Wayne. He was retired from Ace Hardware with 25 years. He was a member the Masonic Lodge Lowell, Ind., Scottish Rite, South Bend, Ind., and the Shriners of Fort Wayne, Ind. He was married to his wonderful wife Jean for 49 years.
In addition to his parents, he was perceded in death by his son; Ronald Eugene Wayne; brother James Dean Wayne; sister Shirley Turner.
Frank is survived by; his loving wife Emma Jean Wayne of Fenwick, son; Steven M. Wayne of Fenwick; the light of his life granddaughter Marissa Jean Wayne; grandson Micheal Dwayne Merrill; sisters; Mary Ellen Burford of Charleston, Sabina Ann Maynard of Enon, Rebecca Jane Payne of Enon, and Kathy Sue Wayne of Summersville.
Friends may join the family Monday, January 7, 2013 5-8p.m. for visitation at Adams-Reed Funeral Home, Funeral Service will be Held on Tuesday 8, 2013 at the funeral home with the Rev. Larry Cochran officiating, Burial will be in the Okey Wayne Family Cemetery, Cowen with full Masonic graveside rites Addison Lodge #116 AF&AM.
