Faye Smith

Faye Smith age 66 of Craigsville passed away December 27, 2015 after a short illness. Faye was born January 6, 1949 in Richwood and was the daughter of the late Albert Lee and Eva Irene Clay Miller. Also preceding her in death were her husband Douglas Smith and a sister Virgie Marie Dillion.
She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother and will be deeply missed by all that loved and knew her.
Surviving are her children; Kimberly Skidmore and Chris Smith and his wife Denise; husband, JR Clay; grandchildren, Gregory Frazer, Alicia Amick, Channing Smith and Jordan Smith; great grandchildren Kyndall Massaro and Maddox Frazer; sister, Kathy Claudette Long and her husband Richard; special aunt and best friend Carol Holmes; and also 2 nieces and 1 nephew.
Graveside service will be 1:00 PM Thursday at Odd Fellows Cemetery, Cowen with Pastor Ty Farlow officiating.
The family would like to give a special thanks to the ICU staff at Summersville Regional Medical Center for all their loving care.
In lieu of flowers family asked that donations be sent to the funeral home to assist with Faye’s final arrangements.
