Daniel Lee Fisher

Daniel Lee Fisher, 68 of Erbacon, passed away Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at home surrounded by his family. He was born October 19, 1956 in Braxton County and was the son of the late Homer Boggs and Virginia Fisher. He was also preceded in death by his son, Daniel Matthew Fisher.

Daniel worked 14 years at Appalachian Timber Service in Braxton County until his health declined. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, mechanic work, carpentry work, going ramp digging, looking for mushrooms and was a jack of all trades. More than anything he enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

Surviving are his loving wife, Mabel Dillon Fisher; son, Bobby Lee Fisher and his wife Sashia; grandchildren, Matthew David Lee Fisher, Chase Allen Fisher and Nevaeh Fisher.

Service will be 3:00 PM, Sunday, March 30, 2025 at Adams-Reed Funeral Home, Cowen with Pastor Eddie Green officiating. Burial will follow at Hickory Flats Cemetery. Friends may join the family for visitation two hours prior to the service at the funeral home on Sunday.
