Anna Mae Fletcher, 94 of Uniontown, PA, passed away on Sunday, August 17, 2014 in the Uniontown Hospital. She was born October 12, 1919 in Cowen to Clayton C. and Hulda E. Shaver Woods and was a 1937 graduate of Cowen High School. She lived the majority of her life in Webster County and retired from Minnich Florist where she was Clerk, Designer, and Manager. She was an active member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Cowen, was District Officer for WSCS, Treasurer of Local United Methodist Women for more than 30 years, was Business Manager for Cowen High School Alumni, Treasurer of Woods Cemetery, member of Cowen Woman's Club, was a former 4-H Leader, and ran the Country Store at the Webster County Fair for many years.

Anna Mae is survived by her daughter Sharon and husband Rev. C. E. Stollings of Uniontown; son Tommy and wife Carolyn Fletcher of Cowen; grandchildren Rev. Bruce and wife Dr. Susan Stollings of Pittsburgh, Luke and wife Joy Stollings of Austin, TX, Paula Tanner of Cheat Lake, and Jo Clare and husband Matt Hanshew of Anstead; and great-grandchildren Morgan and Kenton Tanner and Nathan and Nicholas Hanshew. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Huling Fletcher; and eight brothers and sisters.

Friends may join the family for visitation on Thursday, August 21, 2014 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Adams-Reed Funeral Home in Cowen. Funeral Services to celebrate Anna Mae's life will be held on Friday at 11:00 AM at Trinity United Methodist Church, Cowen, with Pastor Clarence Thomas and Rev. Oz Gray officiating. Interment will follow in West Virginia Memorial Gardens, Calvin. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Trinity United Methodist Church Building Fund.
