Ada Sigman

Ada Lavonne Sigman, 76 of Cowen, WV passed away on August 17, 2011 at her residence. She was born October 20, 1934 in Erbacon to Oscar and Mergie Snyder Dillon and was self-employed at Ada's Sport Shop for 35 years. She was a lifelong resident of Webster County and attended New Life Baptist Church. She was a member of TOPS, enjoyed bowling, fishing, hunting, camping, raising dogs, and spending time with her family.
Ada is survived by her husband of 58 years Bernard Sigman of Cowen; son Bernard David (Patsy) Sigman of Cowen; daughter Sherrie (Dale) Plymale of Cowen; grandchildren Jenny Plymale, Stacey Plymale, Sarah (Shawn) Selman; great-grandson Daniel Selman; and sister Helen Carpenter of Smithville, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.
Graveside Services will be held on Friday, August 19, 2011 at 2 PM at Odd Fellows Cemetery, Cowen with Rev. Terry Cunningham officiating.
